I'm so excited to be showing with Penelope Benson-Wright, a fellow sculptor, and Shelia Bailey, a photographer of local curiosities, at what used to be the local tire shop. It's an amazing space that will allow me to showcase my suspended installation, "The conversation" (shown below) which hasn't been seen since it's debut in Los Angeles in 2012.
The space also will have a preview of my upcoming exhibition at 29 Palms Gallery "ReGenesis", featuring new work of repurposed desert creations of mushrooms in addition to the usual favorites of the smoke-fired adobe clay creations including a whole new line-up of flower incense burners.
